Q: I want to work with you. How do we get started?
A: Great! We're eager to see how we might work together too. Go ahead and get in touch using the form submission below, or by writing to nithya@poppadomco.com and we'll schedule a discovery call. Once you tell us what your project is and what you need, we'll get back to you with a project proposal with a timeline, deliverables and a fee estimate as well as payment schedule. If the proposal works for you, we then send you a contract. Once you sign the contract, we're ready to get started.
For longer running projects we like to schedule recurring weekly calls to keep you updated on progress and get your feedback. For shorter projects, the calls may be twice a week. We promise to keep the calls short and to-the-point.

Q: I have an urgent project and would love to work with you. How much time does it take?
A: While we schedule a discovery call with you within a week or receiving a request, we usually have several projects running and will not be available to start work immediately. We also firmly believe that good design takes time. So ,depending upon the scope of your project, plan for it taking 1 month or upwards. If you need something made by tomorrow, or even this week, PoppadomCo is probably not the design firm for you.

Q: How much do you charge?
A: Since what we offer are custom services, it's pretty hard to say. Depending upon your requirements, we will send you a fee estimate. But plans start at INR 40,000 or USD 500.
