Q: I want to work with you. How do we get started?
A: Great! I'm eager to see how we might work together too. Go ahead and get in touch using the form submission below, or by writing to nithya@poppadomco.com and I'll schedule a discovery call. Once you tell me what your project is and what you need, I'll get back to you with a project proposal with a timeline, deliverables and a fee estimate as well as payment schedule. If the proposal works for you, I then send you a contract. Once you sign the contract, we're ready to get started.
For longer running projects I like to schedule recurring weekly calls to keep you updated on progress and get your feedback. For shorter projects, the calls may be twice a week. I promise to keep the calls short and to-the-point.

Q: I have an urgent project and would love to work with you. How much time does it take?
A: While I schedule a discovery call with you within a week of receiving a request, I usually have several projects running and will not be available to start work immediately. I also firmly believe that good design takes time. So, depending upon the scope of your project, plan for it taking 1 month or upwards. If you need something made by tomorrow, or even this week, PoppadomCo is probably not the design firm for you.

Q: How much do you charge?
A: Since what I offer are custom services, it's pretty hard to say. Depending upon your requirements, I will send you a fee estimate. But plans start at INR 40,000 or USD 500.
